Should I manufacture confectionery alone or outsource?


I have a friend who wants to get into the chocolate market. She is wondering weather to make it alone and avoid a high MOQ or invest in some basic equipment and make it alone. Both methods have pluses and negatives. As potential customers what would you prefer?

outsource if you have the money as they are the experts. Only make it alone if you have worked in the industry for a while

To break into a competitive market you have to be very unique so for this reason i would make it.
